Amber Benson bio

Amber Benson (born April 14, 1970) is a famous American singer, actress, writer and director. Most well-known is her acting as Tara Maclay from the TV Series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Benson also directed her own films Chance, Lovers Liars & Lunatics and starred as the leading actress in those films. Also, she starred in Kiss the Bride. Benson is the daughter, born on January 8th 1977 to Edward and Diane Benson. Danielle is her elder sister who is also an artist. Benson has a father who is Jewish while her mother is Southern Baptist was raised in an Alabama Reform synagogue. Benson's career has been booming since the end of Buffy. She appeared in films like The Killing Jar, and shows such as Morganville The Series.
